Mail Call!

You can't have a bad day when you open up the mailbox and this is what you find... a beautiful save the date card from Marisa and Robby using one of my pictures from their engagement session. She did an amazing job, thinking of everything from custom postage, ocean inspired confetti (which I forgot to include in the photos), and a matching ribbon. Cards were printed by WeddingPaperDivas.com.

Fred was my cat-assistant for this photo shoot.


I also got a thank you note from Julie and Steven. Handwritten notes mean so much... there's something about handwriting on paper that really says" this is from the heart". The note read:
Alison, I can't thank you enough for all that you did for us on our wedding day. The pictures that you took are phenomenal and our album is the most beautiful and unique album I have ever seen. Everyone that sees it comments on how well thought out and put together it is. You are truly an incredible photographer, and I look forward to working with you again in the near future.

I've actually worked with them 4 times already: 2 engagement sessions, the wedding, and a family session. Maybe the next session will be because of a new family member :) This note makes me so happy! Thank you Julie and Steven!!
